Position: Inside Sales Manager
Location: Long Island, NY

Contingency based line item invoice auditing and carrier contract optimization is specialized work that requires expertise and persistence.
We are committed to the use of the most advanced technology in the industry for advanced contract analysis and UPS/FedEx audits. We have the most seasoned negotiation specialists in the industry and we only hire “A” players. We work on contingency, which means our only compensation is a percentage of the savings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of 3-6 sales representatives
- Work directly with the owners on specialized projects
- Accurate Forecasting/ Quota Driven
- Heavy drive in Email and Phone communications- Drive Sales
- Help sales Connect and work with C-Level/Controller level clients
- Continuous Training and Numbers Driven mentality
Qualifications:
- 5+ Years Successful Sales Management Experience
- Managed 5+ Employee Teams
- Strong Attention to details
- Analytical
- CRM – Salesforce experience
- Help reps with Webcam Demo presentations
- Strong Knowledge of MS (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Driven to be the best. Must need to make a lot of money
