OVERVIEW: Company is a startup Healthcare Management Company and is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Salesperson to join our team. As an Executive Salesperson, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our company by acquiring new clients within the healthcare industry. Your primary focus will be on large health centers, urgent cares, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), private physicians, hospitals, and Labs.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Client Acquisition: Utilize your extensive experience and knowledge within the healthcare industry to identify and approach potential clients, including large health centers, urgent cares, FQHCs, private physicians, and hospitals. Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base. | Relationship Building: Leverage your existing network and cultivate new relationships with key stakeholders, decisionmakers, and influencers within the healthcare sector. Build and maintain strong rapport with larger health centers and other potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. | Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the unique value proposition of Company’s healthcare management services. Engage in negotiations and collaborate with potential clients to address their specific needs and concerns, ensuring a mutually beneficial partnership. | Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand the challenges and demands of the healthcare industry, allowing you to tailor your sales approach effectively. | Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and provide the necessary support throughout the sales cycle. Collaborate with colleagues to develop customized solutions that meet the unique requirements of each client. | Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the CRM system. Analyze sales data to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the Healthcare Industry: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or business development within the healthcare industry. A deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics, trends, and challenges is crucial to succeed in this role. | Established Network: Possess a well-established network of contacts within the healthcare sector, particularly with larger health centers. Proven ability to leverage these relationships to generate business opportunities. | Excellent Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with a track record of successfully acquiring new clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage and influence potential clients. | Customer-Focused Approach: A customer-centric mindset with a keen ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with clients. | Self-Motivated and Result-Oriented: Proactive, driven, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure. A self-starter who takes initiative and possesses the resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve sales objectives. | Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment. COMP PLAN & BENEFITS (For Qualified Professional): Negotiable Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year + Commission/Bonus Plan; 401(k) matching; Dental insurance; Disability insurance; Tuition reimbursement; Vision insurance; PTO
