CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SEMICONDUCTOR EQUIPMENT, PARTS AND SERVICES (TRI-STATE TERRITORY BASED)
As a Capital Equipment Sales Representative, you will originate, analyze, and execute equipment and service sales opportunities across the semiconductor industry in North America. Working within a specialized team, you will leverage a proprietary data-set, technology, and deep counterparty relationships to develop and complete sales. As Equipment Sales Representative, you will be given tremendous responsibility for negotiating pricing, contracts, and developing and managing multi-million dollar relationships. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and sales and marketing skills. Capital Equipment Sales Representatives have the opportunity to travel in the U.S., Europe, and Asia to develop sales relationships and develop relationships with potential equipment end users.
This role requires candidates to work closely with other team members in Sales Operations & Information Management, helping to ensure data quality, accuracy, timely and targeted reporting, and optimized database systems operations. This may include regular responsibilities to support ongoing operational management of the sales force automation/customer relationship management systems and associated processes.
Summary:
Drive client engagement and establish territory client base, creating “preferred supplier” relationships.
Execute sales operations deliverables including operations launch planning, reporting, analytics, targeting, and alignments
Drive field sales operations to define and produce sales opportunities & analytics that support the business objectives and strategies. Provide periodic reports and detailed analysis to identify drivers behind trends and potential business opportunities
Support and respond to field sales inquiries around data
Generate territory leads and execute on allocated CRM leads
Position Responsibilities & Expectations:
Execution of sales targets across North America
Reporting of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly execution
Development of sales channels for both OEM Products & Client Refurbishment Solutions
Generation of additive sales for Services and Parts associated to equipment sales
Creation of key account relationships
Ensure marketplace information is captured in corporate CRM database
Provide end user equipment feedback to Product Engineering & Information Technology team
Qualifications/Experience:
BA or BS degree preferred
8-12 years of relevant sales (Equipment / Semiconductor Industry)
Detailed understanding of sales processes, sales data tracking systems, and sales force automation
Demonstrable tenacity, fortitude, and competitive spirit
Strong verbal and written to effectively influence and manage expectations with Senior Management and cross-functional teams
Solid project management skills in leading and directing teams and achieving project objectives and goals
Strong collaboration and teamwork needed to partner with peers on inter department or company initiatives
