Inside Sales Representative – Account Manager

New Jersey, USA

Full-Time

We are a continually growing telecommunications hardware re-seller with over 30 years of success as a leader in the fast-paced technology marketplace. We are looking for a talented and competitive inside sales professional that thrives in a sales-cycle environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in new-customer acquisition, revenue growth objectives, and help provide the right solutions for our new and existing clients. You must be comfortable being on the phones and multi-tasking. We provide structured and comprehensive product training to ensure success.

If you are looking for a long-term position in sales with uncapped potential where you can build a database of clients using a consultative approach to selling, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you. We offer a very competitive starting salary based on experience with potential for bonuses and the opportunity to go on uncapped commission in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Discover and qualify leads
  • Closing the sale
  • Pricing equipment
  • Placing orders
  • Communicating by phone, Skype, and email with clients
  • Product training
  • Keeping up with industry pricing, trends, sales techniques and ideas
  • Understand the telecommunications marketplace and the E-commerce marketplace
  • Attend internal sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • Multi-tasking capabilities
  • Sales-related degree or past experience working in an inside-sales atmosphere
  • Likable personality in person, in the office, and on the phone
  • Computer skills
  • Punctuality
  • Strong sales drive – high energy
