When the big non-specialized Recruitment Agencies caught wind of the sales model we innovated, they were quick to try and imitate us. Sometimes within a matter of days, they magically had a subsidiary Sales Recruitment Agency! Sadly, many companies seeking exceptional Sales Reps bought into this ruse, because they understandably believed there was something to these so-called Sales Recruiting Agencies (based on the credibility of their long-standing general brand). This isn’t the first time when pioneers have been usurped by those who could quickly profit and it won’t be the last. It happens in all walks of the business world.
Unfortunately, these “Jack Of All Trades” Recruiting Firms have the might to put a “sales spin” in their ad content, and hire the best marketers to up their presence as a purported Sales Recruitment Agency, regardless of who is affected. Sales Team Staffing Inc doesn’t need to, want to, or have time to throw another company under the bus. But at the same time, we’re not about to roll-over and play dead to overnight Sales Recruiting Agencies that compromise our clients’ needs in the process.
Notice to all these entities:
We’re tired of standing by, and are telling companies who need timely results from a real Sales Recruiting Firm, to look into the company’s history. Have they always been a specialized Sales Recruitment Agency? Did they begin solely as an Agency specifically dedicated to Sales Recruiting? Is Recruitment in sales all they do? Check carefully on all of the above! If they’re an agency that does any other kind of recruiting besides sales, run. We feel it’s our duty to tell you this, regardless of the rancher it may yield (because we’re doing this for companies that need our help, not to win popularity contests with purported Sales Recruiting Firms). If you really do find one that claims to always being (and committed to remaining) a definitive Sales Recruitment Agency – do your due diligence in getting those claims corroborated.
Simple Fact: We all know it’s impossible to be the very best at something, if you’re not 100% dedicated to it for a long period of time.
