Our Sales Recruiters are not only carefully trained by us, but if they aren’t the very essence of the sales qualities they’ll be recruiting for, they’ll never be Sales Recruiters for us. How else would they be able to maintain our exceptional record in recruiting the best sales talent if they didn’t?
We wouldn’t stand for anything less and insist on this intrinsic qualification (just like we do when we’re recruiting for you). IF THEY: haven’t proven themselves as consummate sales professionals that consistently broke sales records; haven’t worked their whole life in sales (in the business sector they’re chosen to recruit for); haven’t aced our sales caliper tests; haven’t had continuous sales training during their career; don’t possess an innate ability to identify polished hunters – closers and farmers within our network; aren’t a shoehorn fit to the requirements we expect from our very own sales candidates… then we’d like to stress once again – that they wouldn’t be Sales Recruiters for us.
Nothing in business is more important than a company’s Sales Representatives. They offer an image of your company that should not be compromised. Our very own Sales Recruiters are Sales Representatives for us first and foremost, and they adhere to a strict set of corporate by-laws.
Remember, our job is to identify Sales Intelligence so that you don’t have to. Having Sales Recruiters that didn’t emulate exactly what they recruit for (i.e. committed, passionate, proven Sales Genius) – it would be antithetical to our doctrine.
